1. Acceptance

By purchasing, installing, or using Mini AA Pro ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you personally own. This license is for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You may install the App on up to 3 personal devices per purchase.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or share your purchase with others.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's code or data for redistribution.

3. Map Data

Offline map data provided through the App is derived from OpenStreetMap and is licensed under the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL). Map tiles are © OpenMapTiles © OpenStreetMap contributors.

  • Map data is provided for use within the App only.
  • You may not extract, redistribute, or host map data separately.
  • Map data may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy.

4. Navigation Disclaimer

Mini AA Pro is a navigation aid, not a replacement for safe driving practices.

  • Always obey traffic laws, road signs, and local regulations.
  • Do not interact with the App while driving. Set your destination before you start driving.
  • Route suggestions may be inaccurate, outdated, or unsafe. Use your own judgment.
  • We are not liable for accidents, injuries, traffic violations, vehicle damage, or any other loss resulting from use of the App's navigation features.

5. Service Availability

  • The App is designed to work offline. However, map downloads and updates require an internet connection.
  • We may update, modify, or discontinue map regions at any time.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of download servers.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the App.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access to map download services if these terms are violated, including but not limited to redistribution of map data or abuse of download services.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
