apps menu button functionality

It would be better for the apps menu button (the 9 point button in the bottom left corner) if when the user is in the apps menu, pressing again closes the apps drawer, and not act like go back one window (for example, if user iis in a 2nd level of drawers like miniaa's settings, pressing on the app button goes back to the apps open drawer). it would be a better UX if that button acts like a close button instead of going back one screen.
