fallback image for music widget fails

After reboot/sleep or other scenarios, the selected fallback image for the music player card falls to a black background. if selected again, it is retained until the next occurrence. if removed, entirely (no custom image selected), the default 'Lost' image is loaded, and that stays on in any scenario.
