This region is on our list. We will notify you when the map pack becomes available. Meanwhile you can download the Uae maps as they include Saudi Arabia. We are looking into splitting the UAE map so each of the GCC countries have their own map. Thank you.

The Saudi Arabia map is now available as a standalone pack. Go to Settings → Map → Download Region, search for "Saudi Arabia" and download it (706 MB). If you previously had the UAE pack installed, delete it first from the same screen, then download Saudi Arabia. Thank you.
